Our new COMEV lathe can handle workpieces up to 1000 mm in diameter and 3000 mm in length.
On hardened metals, we also do turning work with ceramic inserts, in place of grinding, achieving very low roughness levels.
With our CNC GILDEMAISTER lathe with motorized spindle we can produce complex pieces without the need of a machining centre.
In addition, the Bipres group makes use of the following machining centre: SORALUCE SP 10000 milling machine, mobile column, table size 10000×1200, 64-tool store, orthogonal milling capabilities at 90° 180° 270° but also milling on inclined surfaces.
