Our customer Electrolux asked us to create the prototype of a liner to test the operation of a new cooking oven.
Due to the peculiar shape, deep drawing pre-production dies were created with Soraluce machining centre (12 m table).
The pieces were then finished by hand and assembled with tack welding.
The prototype was completely executed and designed in-house at Bipres.
By working with CAD-CAM software applied to a very versatile machine, we can produce any shape for pre-production dies with a considerable cost and time reduction.
